"Unfortunately we booked a set dinner menu for Valentines evening. Having only seen great reviews for 5 Rooms the expectation was very high. Everything that could go wrong did on the evening. Post starters, we waited 2 hours for our mains, when it arrived veggies were raw, steak was overcooked, missed puree and salmon was undercooked (raw). Desert was served (chocolate fondant) overcooked and dry - we did not finish the desert. Eventhough we asked during the night what the problem was, not even the manager could inform us. It seemed to be a general problem on the evening with all tables. It was not a good experience.
*The restaurant did call us two days later to apologise for the terrible experience and offered us vouchers to reimburse our experience."

"Very impressed. I've eaten at Five Rooms in the past and wasn't blown away but the standard was far better this time. The group of four were all very satisfied. My main (beef with sweetbread and foie gras) was excellent. Amazingly beautiful building just rounds it off nicely."

"I had heard good things about 5 Rooms so I decided to book for our Anniversary. I'm so glad that we picked 5 Rooms. The venue is stunning and we had a table outside. The service was one of the best I have experienced in CPT. The food was stunning and very reasonably priced. After dinner we had drinks in the Rose Bar which has a nice vibe. If your looking to spoil a partner then you can't go wrong with 5 Rooms."
