You’ll find tasty, contemporary seafood offerings here – like the spicy calamari, chilli prawns and old-school (and very good) battered fish and chips. The mussels are suitably smothered in a creamy, garlicky sauce while if you’re feeling virtuous the Live Bait salad has fans far and wide. The sushi and sashimi platters are yummy too and seafood fans make short work of the crammed platter. Nothing changes much on the menu here but that’s okay because they’ve got it right. Pssst… steak fans, don’t despair, there’s something on the menu for you too.

"We went for the position & view right on the rocks at Kalk Bay Harbour, and we weren't disappointed. The food, however, was a bit mixed. A lovely seafood pasta, but poor calamari & chips. Great deserts, but a 45-minute wait for sushi if you wanted to order."
